From the National Stroke Association

Ohio researchers are recruiting women who are caring for male stroke survivors to participate in a 10-week online support program designed to facilitate physical and emotional recovery while reducing feelings of strain or burden.

For the study, investigators are particularly seeking caregivers and stroke survivors who are experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety. Participants without a computer or Internet access who live within a 50-mile radius of Kent State University will be provided the necessary equipment to participate. Those residing outside of Ohio are required to have their own computer and Internet service provider.
