that lady is my grandmother
This is my dear mother who was also a Ziegfield Follie,s girl in the the 30,s and also flew airplaines as member of the ( WASP) Womens Airforce Service Pilots during World WW I I. Her stage name was Julie Jenner and according to my mom she never met Mr. Rockwell. My mother through the grapevine came up with the theory that he must have drawn it from a picture someone showed him.
