Guacamole
(Makes 2 1/2 cups)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- Dash cayenne
- 1/3 cup finely chopped, peeled, seeded, ripe tomatoes
Peel avocados. Remove pit. Using fork, mash avocados with lime juice. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
