In Memory of Farrah Fawcett
An icon of international fame, the Post remembers American actress Farrah Fawcett for her strong spirit and courage as she met life’s challenges under the public eye. Most recently, she bravely chronicled her battle against cancer in a moving television program, Farrah’s Story, that aired last month.
In September 1977, one year after emerging as a fan favorite playing the role of Jill Munroe in Charlie’s Angels, Fawcett (then billed as Fawcett-Majors) shared with readers her dreams of becoming an actress.
