Just had to thank you for the article about “Alton Brown’s Good Eats” [September/October 09]. He’s my favorite TV personality, so talented. I’m 80 years old, but I dig him the most!

My husband prepared [Alton Brown’s] eggplant pasta recipe from your September/October issue last night, and it was delicious! I never would have picked that one out of a recipe book, but I’m glad you published it for us to try. We enjoy your magazine.
