My friend swears by The Joe Simmer cookbooks, so I had to try some of their recipes. I absolutely love everything I’ve cooked so far and cannot wait to try this meatloaf recipe. This is perfect for the whole family!

This is an excellent recipe. I’ve cooked it twice, and it is quite a crowd pleaser. I think it would be an interesting addition to a Thanksgiving dinner. The Joe Simmer books are great, and aren’t your typical boring old crock pot cookbooks.

Joe Simmer’s cookbooks have the best crock pot recipes ever, and this one is especially delicious! Every time I try a new recipe it’s a big hit with my family. You can’t go wrong with Joe. I recommend all three of the crock pot cookbooks.

Just when I was pondering about how to be different on Thanksgiving, you published the solution. I only have Joe Simmer’s Creole book but I will not order the others. I will cook the meatloaf for the holiday but also have a roasted breast on the side.

I have this cookbook and his other two. I have cooked many of the recipes and ALL have been wonderful. I look forward to trying this one too! I am going on Amazon to get the All-American one for my sister.
