		<description><![CDATA[I used 1/2 and 1/2 cream instead of milk and added 2 TB of finely chopped white onions and only rubbed the bottom of the pan with garlic and cooked covered for 1 hour and for the last bit put under the broiler to brown and crisp up the top.  Reeealy good!]]></description>
