		<description><![CDATA[ive got little red bumps that are all over my arms my legs my but and my face they itch alot and can tend to burn they bleed and some of them tend to look infected and stuff will oose out they dont go away they stay there either gettin worse looking ar just stay the same ive had it for years but never had it looked at and im beginning to think its the cause of why i wake up everyday tired and not feeling good im always sick and constantly tired could you please tell me if this sounds like it could be skin cancer]]></description>
