Makes 6 to 8 servings
- 2 11-ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 13-ounce cans pineapple chunks, drained
- 3/4 cup colored miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/4 cup shaved or shredded coconut
- 1 cup light whipped cream
Gently stir all ingredients together, cover, and chill overnight.
