There were so many cost delays.
“Cleo” Liz Taylor caused her share.
She had a bad long illness phase.
The film shut down during her care,
Then moved to Rome from England’s cold,
Where Liz would not get such a chill.
But still filming was oft on hold
For Taylor/Burton’s rumor mill.

And because of delays galore,
Liz was paid many millions more.
