My best New Years Eve was Dec 31, 1959-Jan 1,1960 in Seoul, Korea. I had only 2 weeks to go to come back home to Indiana/Illinois. You might also say that Uncle Sam woke me up.
Very funny. The one with the couple watching the TV New Years Party by themselves is more true than funny. If nobody is staying home watching TV on New Years Eve they wouldn’t have Dick Clark (Guy Lombardo at the time of the cartoon) on TV every year. Have a Happy New Year’s Eve, Mr. Ambruster and all of you at the Post.
