  1. We looked through our 1956 issues, but couldn’t find a poem with those lines in it. So sorry!

  2. I am looking for a poem published in the Saturday Evening Post in the year 1956
The first line of the poem are
“A heart can mend for wounds are healed by time, and years can dull the razor edge of pain”……..A middle line is “They never beat as swiftly……..with each ephemeral and swift goodbye” The last line is car tissue is insensitive, you know”.

ANY help you can give me would be GREATLY appreciated
    THANKING YOU in advance,
    Elaine Sauer

  3. I’m searching for an article 1955 to 1965 concerning the shortcomings of U.S. school teachers and teacher education. Teacher ill-preparation, &c.

  4. I am attempting to write a book about Cadillac advertising. What resources might be available relating to Cadillac ads in the Saturday Evening Poist for the 1950’s and 1960’s

  5. I am looking for the Post Issues that carried the novel by Alan LeMay “Kiowa Moon”. They had to be somewhere in the issues between 1956 and 1963. Could anyone at Post archives research and find these for me? Thank you.

  6. I NEED SOME HELP …… I’m trying to find which 1957 Post issue(s) had the Atlas tire ads featuring the license plates from all 48 states and Canadian provinces. Is there any way someone at the Post archives could research this?

  7. Jeff, what a great insider’s look at the archives of the POST! I know the task of getting all the issues on-line is daunting, but I can tell you love a challenge. Furthermore, it’s also obvious you love every minute of it. For all of us who are fans, this is wonderful.
