I’m not sure HOW this kid injured his index finger, but that’s just as well considering I see a dozen or more small firecrackers in the background there? Grandmother had beter take those away and scare some sense into the boy before he actually LOSES a finger–or worse.

2.) Another great, patriotic Leyendecker cover. Did he ever do a bad one? Never!

3.) Spectacular Constantin Alajalov cover with incredible detail. Too bad it was his second to last cover for the magazine.
