About: Burt Baum
Burt Baum is a former industrial research scientist who holds B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in chemistry. He began writing a number of years ago after he retired. His work (mainly short stories) has appeared in the St. Paul Pioneer Press, Elysian Fields, and The Storyteller. The online journals Infective Ink, Fiction on the Web, Jewish Fiction.net and Linguistic Erosion have also published his stories. Another story will soon appear in Page and Spine. His goal is to become the “Grandpa Moses” of fiction. He lives with his wife, Fran, in southern California.
