A resident of New York's Hudson Valley, Tocher writes short stories for adults, and fiction, nonfiction, and poetry for children. His latest book, Odd Ball: Hilarious, Unusual, and Bizarre Baseball Moments, was nominated for the 2014 Garden State Award.
