Restless Legs and Burning Feet
I read in The Saturday Evening Post the teller from Jackie Willis, whose husband is troubled with burning feet. I was also having burning feet that kept me awake at night. My doc(or prescribed gabapentin 100 mg. One capsule at bedtime. I no longer have the burning and sleep fine.
Jo Ann Mundy Wichita, Kansas *** Reading in my SEP of Sept./Oct. '05 about the lady with restless leg syndrome (RLS): I hope she received the "cure." I developed RLS--had it for a few months, mostly at bedtime, and could not sleep. When I asked my doctor what would help, he said try this: Carbidopa 25 mg with Levodopa 100 mg. both in one little tablet. Take one or two at bedtime. I tried it and a miracle occurred in half an hour. My legs quit jerking. I use it as soon as I feel movement start.
