Dear Dr. SerVaas: I had suffered from hyperhidrosis my whole life and had the "sweat surgery" about a year ago. This has improved my life tremendously. However, I now have "dry hands" and thought perhaps your readers might have some solution. My fingers crack excessively, and though I've tried every cream known to man, I've had no success. Any advice will be appreciated.
