Dear Dr. SerVaas: Mazie Kilgore, July/August 2003, wants a "dandruff" solution. After I tried myriad prescription and nonprescription products with little or no success, my latest "find" is Vicks VapoRub.I treat the back of my head (the only affected area) with about one-half teaspoon of Vicks diluted in about one teaspoon water. Heat it so it can be applied with a dropper. If time permits, I leave this on my head for several hours.
