1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
¼ cup Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
3 cups cold water
½ cup raisins
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of kosher salt
Place all ingredients in microwave-safe bowl. Stir to blend. Microwave on high 4 minutes. Stir cereal again and microwave one more minute. Serve hot with skim or low-fat milk or fat-free half-and-half. Sprinkle with brown sugar if desired.
