Berry Health Shake
(Makes 4 eight-ounce glasses)
Published: May/June 2005

• 8 ice cubes
• 8-12 ounces non-fat or low-fat berry-flavored yogurt
• 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
• 1 cup pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained and reserved
• ½ cup reserved pineapple juice
• ½ cup high pulp orange juice
• ¼ cup Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend at low, then high speed until puréed.
