Berry Health Shake
(Makes 4 eight-ounce glasses)

8 ice cubes
8-12 ounces non-fat or low-fat berry-flavored yogurt
1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained and reserved
½ cup reserved pineapple juice
½ cup high pulp orange juice
¼ cup Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend at low, then high speed until puréed.
