COFFEE-BUTTERSCOTCH SUNDAE SAUCE 2 Tablespoons Powdered Soluble Coffee 1,4 Cup Brown Sugar, -Firmly Packed Cup Water 1 Cup Light Corn Sirup 14 Cup Butter or Margarine 43 Teaspoon Salt I/3 Cup Evaporated Milk Teaspoon Vanilla Combine soluble coffee, brown sugar, water, corn sirup, butter and salt. Bring mixture to a boil and cook slowly over low heat until a small amount of sirup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball (236° F.). Remove from heat and cool the sirup slightly,.
