It is believed that my great grandma is in this painting. Does anyone know if the names of the children are made known? Thank you!
The schoolhouse used for the painting is in Carroll County, Georgia. One of the boya in the painting is C.H.Gilley
Can you elaborate? Was Mr. Gilley a relative? We enjoy learning all we can about the models on our covers.
