Elise Lindstrom is the Director of Nutrition and Wellness at the Forever-Fit Summer Camp, which is funded by the Children’s Better Health Institute, a division of the Saturday Evening Post Society with the mission of promoting children's healthy physical, social, and emotional growth in an engaging, stimulating, and entertaining format at each stage of their development.
