Kate Brett Lewis earned an MFA in fiction from George Mason University. Her work has been published in Unscooped Bagel, and she won honorable mention in Virginia’s 2016 Loudoun County Public Library “Write On!” short story contest. Her story “The Silhouette” was fourth runner-up in the 2020 Great American Fiction Contest.
