Bell’s writing has appeared in The Atlantic, Washington Post, The Yale Review, StorySouth, Palo Alto Review, and others, including a Kentucky Writers’ Coalition anthology. Her fiction has also won grants from Kentucky Governor's School for the Arts and the Kentucky Foundation for Women.
