Thank you for this forgotten gem of a story, Wodehouse’s “The Man with Two Left Feet,” to which the Mortimer Brewster character in “Arsenic and Old Lace” alludes in the play’s first act, before he learns the awful truth about his aunts’ proclivities regarding serving visitors elderberry wine.
