  1. Great cartoons here. The top one by Jerry Marcus? I can hear myself saying this b.s. to a client. It’s just a cut above a used car salesman saying “If you think you hate it now, wait’ll you drive it!”. Same thing with #3 down from ’61. #5 down (’56) is actually a pretty nice house, except for its location. Near a school can be a wonderful asset or total repellent. This shyster is hoping to put one over on the couple, while still telling them the truth.

    #6 down (by Taber) is true too, sort of. “Such easy access from the upper to lower levels with this handy ladder we’re providing at no extra cost!” I love #8 by Jerry again, where the customer gives a solid reply to his ‘possibilities’ line. Good for her.
