Albert Hampson (1911-1990) was born in Philadelphia. His artwork featured everyday people in slightly humorous settings. Hampson created art for a number of magazines, including Look magazine and The Saturday Evening Post. Starting in 1934, Hampson designed 13 covers for the Post.
