Henry Mitchell lives with his wife, Jane Ella Matthews, a Feldenkrais practitioner, in Saluda (pop. 700) in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. He has written four published novels, and a collection of short stories. Solstice Publishing has just released his most recent novel, Slick Rock Creek, a mystery about religion and murder, old lovers and new beginnings, set in the Southern Appalachian region where the author’s family has lived for eight generations.
