Rekha Valliappan is a multi-genre writer of short fiction and poetry. A former university lecturer, her work features in a variety of literary journals and anthologies including The Sandy River Review Online, GHLL, Queen Mob’s Teahouse, Lackington’s, Dime Show Review, Ann Arbor Review, ColdNoon: Travel Poetics, X-R-A-Y Lit, and elsewhere. She was nominated for the Pushcart Prize 2018 in Poetry and for Best of the Net 2019 in Short Story, and volunteers her time as First Reader in Cosmic Roots & Eldritch Shores Magazine.
