I’m looking for a Saturday Evening Post B/W cartoon of a couple sheltering under an inflatable boat on a rainy day at the beach
Thank you
enjoy ur cartoons lot. but can we c a few cartoons like from a year or so.
As a longtime subscriber, artist & cartoonist-pastor about as long as Phil Gulley I love my SEP & savor every issue. My only request is that you 1)don’t obscure any of the cover art with a mailing label and 2) give more info about the cover art which I study in detail, i.e. the medium, dimensions and something about the artist. Thanks for keeping up this bit of Americana. Every issue is a treasure. Too bad the tilt of the Earth is in jeopardy b/c I save issues of SEP along with Nat.Geo. Dare not throw any out lest I cause an unseasonal winter –or summer.
I’m in my eighties and love the Post and all the cartoons. Memories, memories, memories.
I love them all, especially numbers one (film), three (sand-wich) and four (HELP). Number 5 (HUGE wave) takes the cake here though, especially after that stupid couple attempted wedding photos standing on a rock last week and were swept out to sea. They were EXTREMELY lucky to have been saved. It just goes to show then or now, some will risk anything/everything for a picture!
