  1. These are all pretty funny, I think. My 2nd favorite is #5 down by Robert Day. I’m sure the thought of turning the fire hose on gathered crowds and blasting them with water has probably crossed a few firemen’s minds. #1 by Saure is definitely one of the best cartoons I’ve ever seen in the Post or anywhere.
