  1. I’ve been reading the Saturday Evening Post and enjoying it since I was about 10 years old. I remember reading True Grit as a serial in it….and If It’s Tuesday it Must be Belgium-and Tugboat Annie and Alexander Botts..great magazine then and now.

  2. The cartoon showing the rhino behind the hunters could easily read “Did you say you heard a twig snap?” or “You’ll get used to hearing random noises.” I just got my new hearing aids and think I hear random sounds including behind me. I whirl around to see nothing when it sounds like the huge rhino. Must learn to adjust! This cartoon would be a great one w/either of my captions for the audiologist’s office!
