The Dead Bug

1  Lie on back with arms extended upward, knees bent at 90 degrees with feet in air.
2  Press lower back flat into floor to engage core.
3  Lower opposite arm and leg, making sure foot and leg do not touch floor.
4  Return to starting position and repeat on opposite sides.
5  Do 2 sets of 5-8 repetitions on each side.
