Add these three moves to your weekly workouts to keep your feet healthy and strong.
Toe Splay
1 Sit up straight on chair with your feet flat on floor.
2 Spread toes apart as far as comfortable.
3 Hold for 5 seconds.
4 Repeat 10 times.
Marble Pickup
1 Sit on chair with back straight and feet flat on floor.
2 Scatter 20 marbles (or other small objects) on floor, next to a cup.
3 Using the toes on one foot, pick up one item at a time and place in cup.
4 Repeat with the other foot.
Tennis ball roll
1 Sit on chair with back straight and feet flat on floor.
2 Place tennis ball under foot.
3 Gently move the ball back and forth under foot for 2 minutes.
4 Repeat with other foot.
