In absolutely terrible news, one of the greatest ambassadors of country music has left us. Dolly Parton has passed, leaving behind a monumental catalog of 3,000 songs she wrote or co-wrote and an astounding amount of humanitarian and philanthropic ventures. One of her form’s greatest performers, an accomplished actress, a producer (she made Buffy the Vampire Slayer possible; it’s true), and so much more, Dolly will be remembered for a personality that far exceeded her list of accolades.
