Forward and Backward Tilt
1 Start with head over shoulders and back straight.
2 Lower chin toward chest.
3 Hold for 15 seconds. Return to starting position.
4 Tilt chin up toward ceiling and bring base of skull toward back.
5 Hold for 10 seconds. Return to starting position.
6 Repeat set 3 times.
Shoulder Roll
1 Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms at sides.
2 Roll shoulders up, back, and then down, making small circles.
3 Bring shoulders up, forward, and down again.
4 Repeat 3-4 times in each direction.
